The originality of this rectangular desk lies in the «weightless» effect, with its crystal glass top mounted above the structure. An aesthetic choice that reinforces its clear and light appearance.
This piece is the result of the fruitful collaboration between Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and the designer Charlotte Perriand. In 1929, this model was part of the “equipment inside a house” project, exhibited in Paris at the “Salon d'Automne des Artistes Décorateurs”. With its industrial materials (steel and glass), its simple and rigorous line, it is representative of the symbol of the modern era: the airplane.
The LC6 will serve you equally well as a desk, a conference table or a meeting table during a trade fair or a professional event.
Design by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand.
